"In November, I was luckily shortlisted to be one of the members in the marketing team of the project. In the beginning, it was a bit challenging to design the marketing content as the party was not fully registered. Besides, the information of what particular marketing fields the party would like to improve was limited. However, I proactively volunteered to audit the organisation’s twitter account and make recommendations. I did not have a Twitter account beforehand but I created an account later and started doing research as well as testing on how to run Twitter more efficiently. The project has intrigued me and it was a memorable experience. Meanwhile, all other group members were also taking the initiative to delegate audit different social media accounts audit or marketing templates creation and we had been working tightly to put all the work together. 

"From what I have learnt, taking the initiative to discover issues and find solutions is very important. Also, communication and teamwork may be neglected in practice but they are critical points that make a project succeed. I believe there will be many similar situations in future career. Hence, my experience and skills learnt from the Unity Streets Project will be very helpful to my future career planning and decision making."
