Frontline skills - working with young people
Frontline's mission is to transform the lives of vulnerable children by recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be leaders in social work and broader society.
Frontline participants will embark on our two-year leadership development programme, training and working as children’s social workers in one of five regions nationally.
Frontline are recruiting for high-achieving students to join the 2018 Frontline cohort.
Frontline are running this session to give you an insight into a challenging but rewarding career path; working with young people. This session is designed to develop your knowledge of the social care system and the issues vulnerable young people may face. The workshop will increase understanding of care, and the experiences of a young person who has spent time in care, as well as providing advice on the key principles for establishing a positive and supportive relationship.
