What is networking? What are the benefits and how do you start building contacts that may lead to work experience and a job in the long term. This session aims to introduce you to ways you can build a strong and effective professional network.

Event objectives:

By the end of the workshop students will:

  • Have a clearer understanding of what networking is
  • Be more able to recognise and utilise networking opportunities
  • Be more confident in networking introductions and self marketing

We try to make all our events accessible; however we are aware that this is not always the case. If you have additional requirements or concerns about accessing a workshop, please click here to advise us and a member of Careers Network will get back to you as soon as possible.
