HSBC offer a series of free employability skills sessions

As the COVID-19 pandemic has left many with a real sense of uncertainty and unease about their current and future prospects, HSBC have decided to put on a series of virtual Employability sessions focusing on crucial skills for students to develop to equip them for the future.

The sessions include pertinent topics such as how to prepare for virtual interviews and assessments, why Commercial Awareness has become even more important in the current climate alongside how to build it, how Creative Confidence is becoming a vital business skill and why the concept of a Personal Brand should be at the forefront of every student’s mind.

These sessions have all been designed to allow students of all backgrounds and degree disciplines to upskills themselves for the future world of work.

All of the sessions are free to attend, and will be hosted via Zoom. They are operating on a first-come first-serve basis owing to attendee size restrictions on Zoom Webinars. If you're interested in attending any of these events please sign up to the sessions to help HSBC manage attendee numbers; a webinar link will then be sent to you for your chosen session(s). Unfortunately these sessions will not be recorded so HSBC cannot circulate them after they have taken place.

The sessions will take place every Wednesday from 13.00 to 14.00 starting on 1 July for 5 weeks.
