Mathematics Support Centre opening times & schedule

The Maths Support Centre is open for the spring term from Monday 20th January to Friday 27th March. Opening hours are 10.00-16.00 Monday to Friday and we are not open at weekends. If you need additional assistance, please see our online resources below, or if you have an urgent query, you can get in touch by email asc@contacts.bham.ac.uk.

Online resources

The www.mathcentre.ac.uk, www.mathtutor.ac.uk and www.statstutor.ac.uk online resources are freely available and might be helpful if you review or revisit a particular topic. Additionally, a Wiki has recently been launched as part of a collaboration between the Universities of Birmingham and Newcastle which contains a range of statistics materials. Further, there are a series of self-help and revision workbooks that we have created:

Opening times

The Maths Support Centre is open for the spring term from Monday 20th January to Friday 27th March. Opening hours are 10.00-16.00 Monday to Friday and we are not open at weekends.  The Maths Support advisors can answer any questions for first year undergraduates. If you are undergraduate year 2 or above and require more specialist help, please see the below timetable which shows which skills our advisors have so that you can help with more specific queries.
