We can help with writing skills, study strategies, referencing, or searching for high quality sources for your assignments. If you are a postgraduate research student (i.e. MRes or PhD), please contact our Research Skills team who can advise on advanced literature searching, referencing, 'open research' and 'research profile' building. Appointments are available during term time from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, except Wednesdays, when they are available until 19:00. We can offer you four appointments per academic year. Please look at our guidelines before booking. We are here to develop your skills rather than proofread or check your work. If you’re looking for help with writing skills, you may wish to bring along your past assignments, and the feedback you’ve had, to discuss how you can improve in the future. Fill in the form below to book. We’ll do our best to fit you in as soon as possible but we are very busy during term-time, so please book ahead if you need help with a particular assignment. We hope you’ll find your appointment really useful. Name First name Last name What name do you prefer us to use when we meet you?
