Bookings, whether charged or not, may be cancelled at any time before the start time of the booking. Only charged bookings cancelled more than one working day before the start time will be refunded.
All delivered equipment is checked thoroughly before handover. If a problem develops, please ring our Helpline on x43322 so we can put the fault right. If we can't put the fault right, any charges relating to the equipment we couldn't fix will be refunded. Claims of non-functionality made only after the event has finished, cannot be verified so no refund can be made.
