TAMU operates the Helpline for users of centrally managed teaching spaces and for customers of LRAT in other locations:

We can provide help with:
- AV
- Zoom and Starleaf
- IT in the lectern (except in computer clusters)
- Curtains and blinds
- Screens and boards
- Building issues such as leaks
- Heating and Ventilation
- Defective Furniture
- Panopto Hardware
TAMU staff will endeavour to fix IT and AV problems remotely and escalates other problems to LRAT, Estates maintenance, other building fabric contractors, IT Services and Cleaning Services.
TAMU cannot help with excess furniture left in rooms or with furniture layouts left in a mess by a previous user. Please look at our page on the reponsibilities of room users.

- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (during campus resticted access period)

Help us to help you
Always phone from the room where you have experienced a problem or need guidance, and always phone yourself. We can't help with third-hand reports which are vague such as 'the Projector was broken this morning'.
TAMU also provide evening, weekend and 24/7 staff cover in the Murray Learning Centre.
Murray Learning Centre
TAMU staff look after the Murray Learning Centre. Matt Carroll is the building co-ordinator and others in the team staff the reception desk on weekday evenings from 18:00 to 01:00 and 09:00 - 19:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Building faults outside of these hours should be reported to the Helpline on x43322
