User resources to support your End of Session preparation and processing during Main and Supplementary assessment periods.

 

From 2018/19, GPA and Cum Laude must be calculated for students on eligible undergraduate programmes.

Deadlines:

  • Marks and recommendations into BIRMS - Wednesday 12 June 2019
  • Release of decisions and marks - Noon on Monday 24 June 2019

 Pre-exam board

To support your data-checking and exam board preparation processes, focusing on BOXI reporting and planning specifically in preparation for your exam boards. The resources should also support:

  • accuracy in End of Session report processing 
  • quickly identifying issues with student exam board data
  • producing what is required by your exam board
  • getting the best out of BOXI during busy periods
  • error-checking your final data

Video tutorial:

  1. You will be required to log in using your ADF user name and password when accessing these videos
  2. These videos have verbal narration - to listen to the audio, use earphones/ensure your PC has external speakers

Post-exam board

To support those final but crucial post-exam board stages of End of Session processing, the three key areas being: 

  1. preparing to release marks following the exam board
  2. the release process in BIRMS
  3. final steps after releasing
