What is the exam stress workshop?
This workshop will cover ways to manage some of the stresses and anxieties associated with exams, including practical strategies for coping with stress the night before an exam, during the exam itself and afterwards.
What can I expect?
An interactive session involving presented materials, group exercises and discussions and a chance to try out relaxation techniques.
When is the workshop?
This workshop will not be running during the autumn term of the 2017/18 academic year. Please check back throughout the year for details of forthcoming sessions.
