What is the exam stress workshop?

This workshop will cover ways to manage some of the stresses and anxieties associated with exams, including practical strategies for coping with stress the night before an exam, during the exam itself and afterwards.

What can I expect?

An interactive session involving presented materials, group exercises and discussions and a chance to try out relaxation techniques.

When is the workshop?

There will be no practioner-led exam stress workshops running during the Summer 2017 term. Instead we will be running a series of peer-led relaxation workshops run by the Counselling and Wellbeing Peer Support Team.
