Exam stress workshop
What is the exam stress workshop?
This workshop will cover ways to manage some of the stresses and anxieties associated with exams, including practical strategies for coping with stress the night before an exam, during the exam itself and afterwards.
What can I expect?
An interactive session involving presented materials, group exercises and discussions and a chance to try out relaxation techniques.
When is the workshop?
Workshops are individual sessions and offered on a first come, first served basis with a maximum of 15 places offered per session.

Where will the workshop take place?
The workshop will take place in the Beale Room (Aston Webb, C Block) opposite the Aston Webb Student Hub (R7 on the campus map)
