LGB support group
“Lesbian? Gay? Bisexual? Unsure? Maybe you have been out for years or perhaps only recently started to question your sexuality, but whatever YOUR situation, we know that being Lesbian Gay or Bisexual at university can present some unique challenges.
We are pleased to announce the start of a new support group for any LGB student at the University of Birmingham who would like to talk in a confidential setting. Attending the group will give you an opportunity to share experiences and think and talk about any issues affecting you such as; coming out to friends and family, self acceptance, relationships and self esteem. You will also be able to meet other LGB students in a safe and supportive setting.
A 5 session group for LGB students to share experiences and talk through issues around sexuality in a confidential setting.

This group runs over five sessions; you will need to attend all five sessions.

Once you have registered you will be sent an invitation for a pre group appointment with one of the facilitators to discuss whether this is the right group for you and answer any questions you may have.
