What is Managing Exam Stress?

The run up to the exam period can be a stressful time for students. In the workshop we will look at tools and techniques to help manage stress and go through how to look after your wellbeing in the run up to and during exams. This workshop is run by the Counselling and Wellbeing Peer Support Team.

What can I expect from the workshop?

Expect to hear from other students about how they have managed the exam period at university and learn effective tools and techniques to manage stress. 

When are the workshops?

Unfortunately there are no further Exam Stress workshops this term. Please check back near to the beginning of the 2017/18 academic year for future dates.

Where will the group take place?
