What is relaxation?
In our busy lives where stress is a daily companion, it is difficult to stay at ease and attend to work and studies, or perform well in exams if the body and mind are tense. The relaxation workshop aids participants in learning some simple but effective relaxation skills, including muscle relaxation, breathing and meditation.
What can I expect from the workshop?
As some of the workshop involves lying down, you are advised to wear comfortable clothing.
