Settling into University

What is settling into university?

A workshop run by the Counselling and Wellbeing Peer Support Team for students who are new or returning to university. You will learn ways to manage stress at university and how best to settle into life as a student. The workshop is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

What can I expect from the workshop?

Expect to hear from other students about their experiences of settling into university, and some tips on how to balance the competing demands of university life to make the most of your time as a student.

When are the workshops?

Workshops are individual sessions and you can book on as many as you like (on a first come, first served basis). Please see the booking form (below) for details of specific sessions running during the autumn term.

Where will the group take place?

The room location will be confirmed as soon as possible after your booking has been received.
