Enquiry Services are here to help you with any queries you have whilst studying at the University of Birmingham. We can be contacted in a variety of different ways.
You can search our Knowledge Base for any information you are unable to find on our site. If you have a question that is not covered, then use the 'Create Enquiry' facility to send us an Online Enquiry. Our team of Enquiry Officers will aim to respond to you within 3 working days.
Current staff and students should use their normal login details. If you are not a current student, you will still be able to make an enquiry - simply click on the option 'No Working Login' and ensure that you provide enough information for us to locate your details.
You can visit us in person at our Enquiries Counter on the ground floor of the Main Library.
Please note: all requests for documents and statements must be made in writing, so please send an online enquiry in the first instance. Due to data protection laws in the UK, we may not be able to complete your enquiry over the phone.
