We encourage positive and constructive feedback from our postgraduate researcher community about your experience as a PGR. This can be regarding topics such as your supervision, development opportunities or University Graduate School events. If appropriate, we will respond to your feedback within one month, given a working reply email address.
University complaints procedure
The above feedback channel is intended for positive comments, minor issues or constructive feedback. It does not replace, compliment or supersede the existing University official complaints process in any way.
The first place for a PGR to raise any concern or complaint should be with their supervisor, or failing that their mentor or School PGR lead.
If you have a complaint that you would like to raise please see the student complaints page for information on correct procedures. There is also a page dedicated to postgraduate researcher supervision concern that should be referred to if you are experiencing supervision difficulties.

The Guild of Students also has an Advice & Representation Centre (ARC) that can provide information, advice and representation for students, including PGRs.
