To graduate in December 2017 you must have cleared any debt to the University by Friday 15 November 2017 at the latest. Failure to do so will result in your name being omitted from proceedings and a delay to your graduation.
Any queries relating to student fee debt should be directed to the Finance Office at firstname.lastname@example.org, and any queries relating to library debts to Library Services.

How to respond
When you have chosen from the options above use our Online Invitation Service to tell us of your choice. To find the online service:
- Log-on to www.my.bham.ac.uk using your student username and password.
- Click on the myProgress tab
- Click on the link to Degree Congregations where you will receive on-screen instructions on how to proceed
Please note that under University Regulation 7.11.3 you should confirm your choice by 15 October 2017 at the latest. Due to the limited number of places available at each Degree Congregation, we cannot guarantee a place for you, should you attempt to confirm your attendance after this date.
If you do not respond
Should you not respond then we shall automatically assume that you wish to graduate in absentia. Even if you wish to graduate in absentia we strongly advise you to confirm this online, so that you have the opportunity to provide us with the address you would like your certificate posted to.
