What can I expect from Cleaning Services?

The Service Standards for Cleaning Services outline what you can expect on a daily, weekly, monthy and periodic basis from Cleaning Services.

To ensure that staff can deliver the service you are expecting please ensure 

  • Your desk area is clear for the weekly clean (you can find out which day this is for you in the sections below) 
  • The floor area is clear to allow vacuuming to take place (you can find out which day this is for you in the sections below)
  • Cleaning Services will not clean telephone or computer equipment
  • If you would like your crockery or microwave cleaning this can be arranged at an extra cost but is not part of the normal schedule
  • Cardboard needs to be broken down before it can be removed and offices without bins need to take waste to the general/recycling waste points themselves
