What’s available at the UBSafe Hub?
- A safe, confidential environment to discuss issues you may be experiencing
- Guidance and advice on support services that can help, at the University and externally
- Free D-locks and bike property-marking for all students
- Free personal attack alarms, contactless card defenders and more
Due to the sensitive topics that are discussed within the office, we do not have an open-door policy. Please book an appointment to speak to us. Appointments are available every day.

If you’re coming to talk to us about a difficult or sensitive issue, we’ll make sure you can do so privately.
Who will I find at the UBSafe Hub?
The UBSafe Hub is home to the Campus Police Team; consisting of two Police Community Support Officers, one full time Police Constable and the team Police Sergeant, together with the Crime Prevention Manager.
