Hospitality and Accommodation Services (HAS) are responsible for providing catering services at the University. A sustainable food procurement policy and guidance are being implemented after development by the Food Forum Group, chaired by the Director of HAS, Stuart Richards.

The University is a Fairtrade University.
We hold a regular Farmer's Market.
Under a new agreement with DairyLink all our milk now comes from local farms with Red Tractor accreditation which guarantees improved standards of animal welfare. DairyLink links in local farmers, processors, distributors throughout the whole supply chain to ensure local milk wherever possible and support for local businesses.
A Staff Grow Club provides, plots and advice to grow vegetables on campus.
