Rainbow Network Transparency Notice
Personal data must be processed in accordance with specific principles set out in data protection law. These include the principle that personal data should be processed ‘lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner’. In order to comply with this principle, the University will tell you how it will deal with your information at the time we collect it.
Upon signing up to the Rainbow Network, your email address will be added to the Network mailing list, which is stored on Mailjet: https://www.mailjet.com/. This is for the purpose of sending Rainbow Network relevant emails, and will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to any other groups or mailing lists. The personal data of members of the mailing list is accessible by the Rainbow Network Chair and Communications Officer. An ‘unsubscribe’ button will be available within each email sent by the Mailjet service. Alternatively, please email the Network Chair or Communications Officer to remove yourself from the Network.
