Fairness and Diversity Policythe University's overarching equality policy. It sets out the legal responsibilities of the University and its members. 

University Equality Scheme 2016-2020: the Scheme is a statement of the University's ongoing commitment to the promotion of equality and diversity. It sets out our equality objectives and the actions we will take to promote equality, prevent discrimination and promote greater understanding between different groups of people.

Harassment and Bullying Policy: the policy outlines the University's position on unacceptable behaviour and the process for students and staff wishing to make a complaint. It also provides information on support services for students and staff, including the Harassment Advice Service.

Guidance on Supporting Transgender Staff and Studentsadvice and support for students and staff who identify as transgender or non-binary and guidance for their peers, colleagues and managers.

Religion and Belief Guidelines (staff): guidance for staff and managers on accommodating religion and belief in the workplace.

Family Leave Arrangements (staff): information on the University's arrangements for maternity, paternity, adoption leave and parental leave. 

Flexible Working Arrangements (staff): information on flexible working patterns, buying additional leave and career breaks
