Upon receipt of goods there is a new set of Import templates in Proactis based on the Doc 113. The appropriate template must be completed depending on where the goods have come from*. All fields are mandatory and must always be accompanied by the SAD C88 form - this form contains vital information and must be completed by the shipper and accompany the shipment in all cases. It is the Budget Centre's responsibility to ensure the documentation is obtained with the delivery. Where it has not been possible to complete the ordering process in Proactis, a new set of forms have been created based on FIN103*
