Service Commitment

The University of Birmingham’s Internal Audit Service (IAS) is committed to providing a high quality service to all areas of the University. Delivery of this commitment depends upon a relationship that recognises the responsibilities of both the IAS and those who use our service. We recognise that sometimes unexpected events can impact upon a planned approach which means agreed time scales and outputs have to move or change. Our aim is to communicate who does what, and provide a basis for us to identify how we can improve our service to you in the future.
