Proactis is the University's purchase to pay system (p2p), which is used for requisitioning, authorising, raising purchase orders, and for paying invoices and expenses. It is also more compatible when used with Google Chrome.
If you are a member of staff responsible for buying goods or paying invoices you will be required to attend training before a logon ID and password can be allocated. Please complete the Proactis User Access Form (opens a PDF file) this form needs to be fully completed and requires an authorising signature from your College/Budget Centre Head.
If you are someone who usually fills out a paper PORD (purchase order requisition document), all requisitions can now be done online and there are instructions for the various roles below. Please note requisitioners do not require to attend the full training unless they specifically want to.

Mac and Linux users need to use Proactis via Citrix.
- Linux Users: You will need to install the Citrix client on your Linux machine, the instructions are on service desk KB10948; and you will need to raise a helpdesk call to get Proactis published to you on Citrix. The instructions on the helpdesk were created using Ubuntu 12.04LTS but should work on any other version of Linux.
