Duty Chefs

As Duty Chef, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food to our customers; ensuring kitchen operations are run both smoothly and efficiently.

You will have a proven track-record of working within a fast-paced food preparation environment, with experience of short order cooking, casual dining, functions and banqueting.

Applicants must hold food safety qualifications; have knowledge of Health and Safety, Hygiene, Allergens as well as a Grade C or above in Mathematics and English at GCSE or equivalent.

Bar Positions

We are looking for a bar supervisor and full and part-time bar assistants to join our team of friendly and dedicated staff.

Successful candidates will have proven, past experience of working in a bar/restaurant/hotel environment with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The vacancies are:

  • Bar supervisor (full-time  -  36 hours – all year round)
  • Bar assistant (full-time – 36 hours – all year round)
  • Bar assistant (part-time – 25 hours – term time only)

Applicants must hold food safety qualifications; have knowledge of Health and Safety, Hygiene, Allergens as well as a Grade C or above in Mathematics and English at GCSE or equivalent.

We are also recruiting full and part-time supervisors and baristas for our newly opened coffee shop.

You’ll be working in a licensed store for one of the world’s largest coffee shop chains.

Applicants must have past experience of working in a retail environment and a passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
