Food Safety Level 2

Suitable for all staff members who do not hold a nationally recognised food hygiene qualification who prepare, cook and serve food.

2018 dates:

26 and 27 July

Food Safety Level 3

A three day course for supervisors and managers working in a food environment.

2018 dates:
11, 12 and 13 April
17, 18 and 19 June

Food Safety Level 4

The level 4 award in Managing Food Safety in Catering is a qualification aimed at managers working in a food or drink catering environment.

18, 19, 20 and 21 June

Compliance Awareness

This course is a refresher for catering staff combining manual health and safety, fire awareness, manual handling, COSHH and food hygiene.
