UB Safe Hub

The UB Safe Hub is located in University Centre, next to Spar in the centre of campus (R23 on the campus map).

The hub is occupied by PC Charlie Richards (West Midlands Police) and Jenny Dalzell (Crime Prevention Coordinator - UoB) and is a platform for our collaborative working in providing crime prevention advice and support to the University community. We also organise various campaigns, events and support the University through our UB Safe branding.

Students and staff are welcome to visit the Hub and other locations during our drop-ins to discuss issues they may be experiencing, in a safe and confidential environment. Staff will provide guidance and advice on what action to take, and signpost to relevant support services internal and external to the University.

  • Tuesday: 11 - 12 (1 to 1 room, ground floor, Main Library)
