The University values and recognises the contribution made by its staff and is committed, where reasonable, to maintain security of employment. Support for redeployees
In order to support redeployment candidates the University advertises all support staff posts and Academic-Related and Research Grade 6 and 7 posts exclusively to redeployment candidates on its redeployment website for five working days prior to further advertising.
People and Organisational Development (POD) offer courses which support redeployment candidates in looking for a new job.
