I’m sure you will appreciate that the demands on the Operations and Recruitment teams as they manage the impact of the revised New Core Cutover and Go Live implementation will be significant.
Our service standard for placing adverts, making offers and responding to basic operational queries will therefore continue to be 5 days during this period rather than 3.
This change is temporary and is made to be honest and realistic.
We will of course be working as hard as possible to beat the target wherever possible, and consistently were able to do so during our first cut over preparations.
We will return to the 3 day target as soon as the Go Live date and its immediate aftermath have passed.
