Joining Birmingham

Once you have received your computer log in details you will need to log in and provide the University with your bank account details, this only applies to new starters with UK bank accounts.

For any new staff who want to be paid into an International bank account then you will need to open a case in the HR Service Portal and provide the required details.

As part of your joining process please email a photograph of yourself to staffid@contacts.bham.ac.uk before your start date.

We will then produce your security card and send this to your line manager ready for your first day. 

The photograph must be of a similar standard and quality as that of a passport photo and in the format of a .jpg file which should be less than 1 MB
