UOB Drone Forum

The UOB Drone Forum went to attend the first ever UK Drone Show took place at the NEC Birmingham. The UK Drone Show is Europe's largest gathering of drones and drones racers. It brings the best in camera drone technology, the latest development in drones and robot sports, as well as industry experts and regulatory bodies. Exhibitors including the drone industry leaders DJI and Parrot etc, the show was also supported by the CAA, Ofcom, Yuneec, eHang, Avensys and many more.

UKDroneShowIn June 2016, the IT Innovation Centre set up the UOB Drone Forum, a community of interest to explore innovative uses of drones in Academia. 

The UOB Drone Forum is driven by students from across the University, with different set of skills and different background, organised as a virtual team steered by the IT Innovation Centre.
