The IT Service Portal has recieved a makeover
We have launched your new IT Service Portal. The new Portal has been designed in collaboration with customers from across the University and will make it easier for you to find the help and information you need from us.
We listened to your feedback and created a simpler, more user-friendly system for you to manage your IT. The streamlined, new look interface will make the process of reporting a fault or raising an IT request much more straightforward. We’ve also improved our self-service facility with a new enhanced Knowledge Base search, making it easier for you to find the information you need.
The new look Service Portal isn’t the only change you’ll see from IT Services. We are updating our service standards to better meet your needs (even we don’t know why our default turnaround time is 10 days). We commit to resolving 85% of incidents in less than 5 days. For some, more complicated issues, it will take longer, but we aim to keep you updated.
Finally, your feedback helps us fulfil our commitment to continuous improvement. Our new feedback process will help you let us know how we can better help you. Your suggestions and ideas will support our ever-evolving IT Service Portal and service improvements that are designed with you in mind.
