Managed Print Service will be unavailable 6 July
Every year IT Services provide regular maintenance checks and upgrades on a number of IT systems across the University. This is to ensure all systems continue to run smoothly and efficiently when you need them most!
In July, we are planning to provide essential maintenance to the Managed Print Service software.
When will the maintenance work take place?
Maintenance work will take place outside of term time and core business hours and will begin on Saturday 6 July at 07.30am and will finish by 4:30pm. The facility for students to add printer credit to their account will be unavailable from 2.00pm, Friday 5 July to 8.00pm, Sunday 7 July.
How will this affect me?
While maintenance work is taking place, you will be unable to use the Managed Print Service. Students will also be unable to add printer credit during this time.
