We're upgrading your Office365 licence
You may notice some minor downtime to Office365 whilst we upgrade your licence
We're upgrading your Office365 licences. Your upgraded licence will enable us to release new and improved O365 services to you in the future, but it might mean that you experience 2 to 10 minutes service downtime if we switch over while you’re working in O365 or are logging in to O365. If we switch over while you’re not logged in, you probably won’t experience any downtime at all.
We can’t guarantee what time we’ll upgrade your account. Over the next day or so, if you see any on-screen notifications about your licence, or you notice a wobble when you login, it is likely that we have just upgraded your account. If you have any concerns, please visit the Status Page. We’re keeping it up to date with the latest information and updates.
Office365 services include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher etc. and OneDrive. We recommend that you regularly save your work in case the service downtime happens while you’re working on something.
