We're changing the way you sign into Worktribe

We’re making a change to the way you sign into the University’s Worktribe application. From Thursday, 29 April you’ll be required to sign in using our Microsoft Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. This is similar to how you log into other University systems such as Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Why are we doing this?

It is important that your data is protected and MFA increases your account security by requiring multiple forms of verification to prove your identity when you sign in to an application. That includes your University password plus an additional form of identification.  Once you’ve signed in to Worktribe using MFA, you’ll stay signed in on your device for 14 days without having to verify your details again.

What do I need to do?

If you’ve already set up MFA to access your University Microsoft 365 account then you can use these settings to sign into Worktribe. If you haven’t yet set up MFA for your Microsoft 365 account then please refer to Knowledge Base article KB14979, which walks you through the process of how to do this.
