The IT Service Desk is located in the Library Information Centre on the ground floor of the Main Library.
Opening times can vary depending on the time of year.

- In person: You can come and speak to us in the Library Information Centre, we are located on the ground floor of the Main Library (R30 on campus map).

Service Level Agreement
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets out what service you can expect when logging a call with the IT Service Desk, whether it be a question, problem or a request for assistance.
Having problems with your laptop?
The Laptop Clinic is a free service operated by the IT Service Desk that will diagnose and repair software and configuration related issues on student's personal laptops.
