EPS Software Request Process

 

For staff and students in COLEPS, there is a paperless ordering system in place.  Details of this can be found in the IT Service Desk knowledgebase in article KB12793

 

In brief, you should complete the electronic requisition form in the KB article, then attach it to a new service desk ticket, along with the budget holder approval, and the college IT team will handle the rest of the process for you.
