Infrastructure Services

Infrastructure Services manage a broad range of key hardware systems which are an essential foundation to allow IT systems, networks and applications to run smoothly and efficiently.

It consists of the following services:

  • End User Services (including five College IT support teams, IT Service Desk, Corporate Services IT support including Front and Back Office Teams and Student IT support)
  • Core Infrastructure (including Core Infrastructure Services, Data Centre, Network Operations, and Telecoms Services)
  • Research Support (including research computing)
  • Service Management (including Service Management, IT administration)
