Infrastructure Services manages a broad range of key hardware and technologies that provide the essential foundations which underpin all University communications and IT operations
It consists of the following services:
- End User Services (including five College IT support teams, IT Service Desk, Corporate Services IT support including Front and Back Office Teams and Student IT support)
- Core Infrastructure (including Core Infrastructure Services, Data Centre, Network Operations, and Telecoms Services)
- Advanced Research Computing (delivering BEAR, the Birmingham Environment for Academic Research)
- Service Management (including Service Management, IT administration)
