The NVIDIA® CUDA® Toolkit provides a comprehensive development environment for C and C++ developers building GPU-accelerated applications. The CUDA Toolkit includes a compiler for NVIDIA GPUs, math libraries, and tools for debugging and optimizing the performance of applications.It also includes programming guides, user manuals, API reference, and other documentation to help getting started quickly accelerating your application with GPUs.

Accessing the software

To load the module:

$ module load CUDA/9.2.88

To view a list of command-line options for the compiler, run the following command:

$ nvcc --help

CUDA toolkit jobs must be run on a GPU node. The Job Submission page details how to run a job on a GPU node.


Accessing Previous Versions

Wherever possible, previous versions of this application will be retained for continuity, especially for research projects that require a consistent version of the software throughout the project. Such versions, however, may be unsupported by IT Services or the applications vendor, and may be withdrawn at short or no notice if they can no longer run on the cluster - for example, essential operating system upgrades may be incompatible with old versions.
