Service Management

The Service Management Team works across IT Services to deliver reliable and efficient services to the University that anticipate and respond to the needs of students and staff.

Part of Infrastructure Services in IT Services, the team has adopted the ITIL best practice framework to ensure continual service improvement and to oversee the overall strategy and training for all IT staff.

The teams within Service Management include

  • Administration Support team - delivering staff resources, administrative and reception support to all of IT Services.
  • Service management - to support our ITIL processes.
