MDS Health and Wellbeing Week 2019
This session will introduce you to some features and benefits of mindfulness in the workplace, including how mindfulness can improve your focus, awareness and wellbeing at work. You will also have the opportunity to reflect on ways of integrating the “7 attitudes of mindfulness” into your daily routine.
Following this session, you will be able to plan how to develop your own personalised mindfulness practice.
