UB Sport - Pilates

MDS Health and Wellbeing Week 2019

Pilates is a great class for strengthening the deep core muscles in your back and stomach, using breath to increase the intensity.  Pilates has many benefits, particularly for those in desk-based roles, by helping maintain good posture, balance and joint mobility.  This taster session run by Sport & Fitness is ideal for all ability levels, so come and join us for an introduction to Pilates during your lunch break.

The session will start promptly at 12:05pm. Please arrive in loose clothing.

Mats and equipment will be provided.

Registrations are capped at 30 people and is now fully booked.
