Getting Started with Microsoft Teams

This event was held online on 9 October from 11.00-12.00.

Led by Alberto Guglielmi, Strategic Change Officer, and Mark Smith, Service Delivery Manager, the session looked at the functionality of Microsoft Teams and how to use it. Alberto has been involved with the pilot for Teams as well as with supporting ITS during the implementation and release. He presented the experience of an early adopter and some of the user views that fed into the project.

Mark did a tour of Microsoft 365 with a brief overview of Forms (survey tool), OneDrive for Business (cloud storage) and a longer focus on Microsoft Teams (collaboration and communication).
