August Wellbeing Walks

Join CoSS colleagues for a lunch time stroll to get out of the office and make the most of our beautiful surroundings. Every Friday in August we will meet outside the Barber Institute at 12.30 and take 45 minutes to stretch our legs and connect with colleagues. Please ensure you bring comfortable, sturdy footwear and clothes appropriate for the weather (including a rain jacket as we will ramble on even in drizzle!). We will predominantly stick to pavements and the canal towpath but there may be some grassy sections.
