Qualified running coach Dr Lee Gregory is leading a group through the 10 week Couch to 5k programme. Every Thursday we will meet at 8.30am to build up from short run and walk sections to running a 5k. Although coming along every week will help you gradually build up your running ability, there is not a requirement to attend every week.
