Starting on Wednesday 18th September, qualified running coach Dr Lee Gregory will lead a group through the 10 week Couch to 5k programme. Every Wednesday we will meet at 1pm at the University Running Track (behind Park House) to build up from short run and walk sections to running a 5k. Although coming along every week will help you gradually build up your running ability, there is not a requirement to attend every week.
