Coaching academy

  • 40 coaches with 70 active assignments
  • Develop internal coaching capability to service the increasing demand for coaching at senior levels below UEB
  • ILM Level 7 cohort starting January 2017 ‘Quality’ (Cohort to include some existing level 5 coaches plus colleagues operating at senior officer level)
  • ILM5 starting February 2017 ‘Quantity’
  • Develop coaching skills for line managers through open programmes
  • Offer coaching as part of our leadership programmes to help support the ‘transition from training room to workplace’

POD consulting

  • POD consultants working on projects with Senior officer/Heads of College/Heads of School level clients (M3)
  • Team development facilitation and away days (vision, values, behaviours, team effectiveness, leading change)
  • Work in partnership with heads of HR
