  • 34 coaches with 70 active assignments
  • Develop internal coaching capability to service the increasing demand for coaching at senior levels below UEB
  • Develop coaching skills for line managers through open programmes
  • Offer coaching as part of our leadership programmes to help support the ‘transition from training room to workplace’

  • POD consultants working on projects with Senior officer/Heads of College/Heads of School level clients (M3)
