Director of Educational Enterprise

Formerly Head of Knowledge and Learning for BBC Online, Ian joined the university in 2014 as Director of Educational Enterprise. Since then, Ian has worked on a range of projects, including the development of the World’s first fully online MBA to be accredited by the Association of MBA’s, MOOCs, and a growing portfolio of distance learning initiatives. In this session, Ian will share his experience, suggest issues to consider and outline the support that is available for those wishing to develop distance learning programmes. The session will include a discussion of distance learning CPD in the MDS context
