Asymptomatic test booking

If you need to be on campus then you can regularly make use of free, rapid Covid-19 tests. Testing is available in the University’s Great Hall. Bookings for the test are open below.

Students and staff who may have already had one or two tests can continue to access the site every week for ongoing testing if you are regularly on campus for work or your teaching and learning (only courses that are continuing in-person learning in line with the UK Government Guidance). Additionally, any students who have returned to campus where you do not have access to appropriate alternative accommodation, facilities or study space, or who need to have returned for personal wellbeing reasons, or who have remained on campus can access testing as well.

As part of this process, the University is managing a booking system to ensure that as many students and staff as possible are able to obtain a test in the safest and most convenient way. Before you book your test -  please read the privacy statement on this page.  Please note: the testing site is open on on Mondays and Thursdays only and is currently scheduled to run until Thursday 1 April.

If you are able to attend the Vale Village testing is also available at our walk-in testing centre in the Duck & Scholar. The site is open on Tuesdays and Fridays, between 11.00am-6.45pm (closed 2.00-2.45pm).
